adequate but with notable drawbacks
constant noiseshower temperature
my room faced the back and i heard constant noise from what seemed to be the kitchens. the walls are thin, so sounds traveled easily. also, the shower temperature fluctuated wildly, going from cold to scalding hot without warning. i reported it, but nothing changed .

a bit outdated and small
musty smellcold room
the room was small. it felt cramped. the photos online are misleading and i felt the price was too high for what i got. the room smelled musty, and the wardrobe was unusable because of the odor. i had to hang my clothes on the bathroom door. i even couldn't turn on the heat, so it got really cold.
